276 McQuaile named Fraser (Leslie Frazier) of Arbour Hill and Fitzgerald of Capel Street shot and bodies found. On 22 May 1921 Leslie Frasier (Frazer) of 9 Blackhall Parade was taken from a pub at the junction of Stoneybatter and north Brunswick Street and shot. He died next day at the Richmond hospital but was able to tell the British about his attackers. His wife claimed £4,500 at the compensation commission. Only Fitzgerald was Leo Fitzgerald killed in the Brunswick street (South) ambush on auxiliaries on 14-3-1921. There was mention that a suspect was among the three IRA killed (Leo Fitzgerald, David Kelly, Stephen Clarke) but this was assumed to be the ex soldier Clarke.
