T/C FF Kitching took this photograph
On 21 Apr 1921, a car containing Section Leader F White ran into a trench. Also in the car were T/Constable Biggs and Platoon Commander M. McLeod (McLeod was struck off ADRIC as a deserter on 10 Sep 1921). T/Cadet SG Williams who was in one of 2 accompanying tenders also gave evidence. T/C FF Kitching took the photo and was in a following tender
Biggs was awarded £250 compensation and McLeod £750 compensation. White's compensation case was dealt with in a separate submission.
White was awarded £6000 compensation
