1895 Born from ADRIC roll. Not on RIC roll. But no regiment. If it was a UK birth then only Ernest or Edward seem to fit birth. There is only one man on WO338, that is 2nd Lt Edward Dalby, East Yorks Regt, commissioned in 1919 with an in and out commission, and this seems to be him.
He is not Robert Edwin Dalby who joined Black & Tans
