1937 He was a captain in the West Kent Regiment and I understand he was Polish. He had a romance with my grandmother in 1937. I do not know his full name, although my grandmother referred to him as Furber, which I assume was a nickname

1965 May 1. Died Christchurch, Hants aged 79.
