The family are in 1890 census, but disappear in 1901 he is not with the family at 183, Gt College Street, St Pancras and 1911 I cannot find him either.

1918 Oct 10. Earned MC. Lt. Percival Henry Hart, York R. (Spec. Res.), attd. 50th L.T.M. By. He led his two Stokes guns in the attack on Neuvilly village on the night October 10th/llth; 1918. with great gallantry and determination. When all the officers had become casualties he took over command of the company, and displayed sound judgment, and after commanding for two days brought the company out, bringing also his two Stokes guns. He showed fine leadership, and his services were invaluable to the battalion

1923 Jul/Sep Married in Richmond, Surrey to Alice Maud Keeble.

He worked as a Solicitor after the war.
