J Holdsworth

There is a Joseph and a John who were commissioned. I cannot chose one over the other. There is no age, rank or regiment against his name . I assume "no papers" meant that it was not written down on his word alone. Neither of the MICs gives an Irish address

He is in a block of Irish recruits to ADRIC, and the only possible man is this boy living at Old Park Av, Clifton, Belfast, and in fact Scottish born. . He is in 1891 census as John R Holdsworth, but I cannot get him in 1911 (not with his parents in Belfast, nor in English census)
