He has "nil" against medals, which may mean he has no MIC. No WO.338 nor MIC for RASC man. I assume Selby had a skill in Motor Mechanics, in that he was rapidly moved to RIC Transport. None of the Freds in 1911 look like Motor Mechanics. Not in RIC Register
