1911 Oct 14 married London to Mabel Eugene Price - the landlady's daughter

1914 Feb 13 Down on his luck. As there were children bonr in 1914, 1917 and 1918 to his wife, it is difficult to see what was going on.

1915 Jun 12 Theft charge

1915 Jul 30 posted to France

1917 Apr 22 posted back to UK

1917 Sep 28 Discharged RE after 3 years 28 days #41137. Medically unfir

1918 Jun 24 Joined RAF

1919 Apr 9 transfered to RAF Reserve

1919 Jul 14 Enlists in RE. He says he was in RAOC from 1900 to 1912. And RAF #261369 and RE. He was married to Mabel Eugene Price

1921 Jan 21 enlisted with RIC no 78168. Fitter, Turner, ex-Soldier

 

1931 Oct 6 His father contacts War Office as he has lost touch with his son

1931 Dec 11. His father writes to the War Office to say that his solicitors have established contact with his son

1939 Register Living with Caroline Hatton at 13 Sydney Street, Plymouth, He is a widowed fitter & turner in textile engineering. His wife Mabel is meantime still living in Claybrook Road with her three children (she died in 1959)
