1920 Dec 26. Involved with Const H Brown and a civilain Patrick Maxwell in robbing people on the streets of Cork. Got 18 months gaol. Maxwell was found not guilty and released and Brown got 2 years gaol

1920 Jan 30 Dismissed.

He was held in Cork Gaol

1921 Dec 28 "the law must take its course" and he was not released

1922 Jan 22 Sentence commuted by Lord Lt and he was released
