I cannot find them in 1911 census. I think, but cannot prove that the family were in Argentina then. He is not in 1939 Register

Richard worked as Clerk in 1896.

Frances Louisa STEPHENS was born in 1873 in England. Frances married Richard Evan Hughes ANDERSON. They had the following children.

1933 Feb 17 Leaves UK for Argentina. Same Dublin address but uses "Roberto Juan Anderson". He is a Schoolteacher
