1918 Sep 7. Lt P T Cook RNR left HMS Andes where he had been serving, it was an armed merchant cruiser. She was on convoy escort from Buenos Aires to Avonmouth , having left 27 Jul from Argentina.

1919 Jan 28 RNR Acting Lt to be Lt - P T Cook

1919 Nov 26 Demobbed

1920 Oct 24 Joins ADRIC with service no 1104. Posted to F Coy

1921 May 28 Posted to Z Coy

1922 Jan 17. Discharged on demobilisation of ADRIC

He later was in business with HO Simmons

1928 Oct/Dec married Annie E Drury in Southampton

1934 Jul 5. Died Croyden, Surrey aged 38
