1939 Register. Ivy E Cowley is a widow living in Devon, and is with her son Ronald. However I can find no record of the death of C C C Cowley. I suspect that he did a runner

1939 Register There is a Clarence Cowley living at Worksop, born 25 Jun 1897, with winifred Cowley. He is a collector & salesman

1950 His wife died in London
