I cannot get anywhere as the name is too common, I cannot get his service record, and I cannot tie any of the 1911 census men to this 1927 address on MIC. There are 3 men born in right quarter in Lancs in 1890. The 1890 census records children under 1 by age in months, which gives only one child as below
