Capt John William Haughton. Norfolk Reg

Morley Hall Wymondham, Norfolk

A difficult man to trace. He was certainly born at Wykmondham, but apart from a mention in 1901 census at school, I cannot get him or his parents (his mother was with her sister and without either child or husband in 1881 census). No MIC though he certainly was a Capt in Norfolk Regt. I cannot get his commission. He certainly fits with a tie to Norfolk. His parents connection with Morley Hall appears to be in renting it rather than owning it.
