There is a marriage in Calcutta in 1908 that is probably him. The marriage in 1917 may be him. I cannot tie him to MIC address He may well have changed the order of his Christian names.

1917 Sep 25 Married in London to Ellen ( Nelly ) Seabrook (she died in 1926). There were 4 children born between 1918 and 1925. Here he claims to be son of John Charles Jones, (same as on 1908 India marriage) but is it the same man?

1928 His wife Ellen died in 1928 and Joseph put his 4 children into care and disappeared - my grandmother grew up in the Children's home and very rarely spoke about her parents as her and her twin were very young when it all happened. We do often speak about my great-grandparents and this year have decided to search for Ellen's grave as far as we know no-one would have visited it in over 90 years.
