NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Joshua Philip Le Masurier, late of " Elmswood," 9, Sunnycroft Road, Hounslow, in the county of London, who died on the 13th day of February, 1932, and whose Will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 26th day of May, 1932, by Barclays Bank Limited, the executor therein named, are hereby required to send particulars thereof, in writing, to the Trustee Department, Barclays Bank Limited, 37, King William Street, London, E.0.4, or to the undersigned, on or before the 4th day of August, 1932, after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims or demands then notified; and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice.— Dated this 31st day of May, 1932
