Daniel Alphonsus McKenna

Strange one here. With his full name I thought that it would be easy to find him in Ireland or England or Scotland, but no luck. Nor can I tie him to Limerick address in censuses. I am fairly sure he is the man died in Surrey in 1942, but not on CWGC.
