There is not enough evidence to be sure, but this is the only E A Peacock on WO338
No date of birth known as not on RIC register.. This is only E A Peacock with MIC who was commissioned. Only one in WO338. And only one in LG. He seems to have been chosen specially, but I cannot crack him. I have used the details of the MIC man, which may be correct
