In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) before Mr. Justice Wynn-Parry In the Matter of ELLIOTTS MEAT STORES Limited and in the Matter of the Companies Act, 1948. NOTICE is hereby given that by an Order made on Monday the 20th day of December 1954 Upon the Petition of the above named Elliotts Meat Stores Limited and of Archibald James Rumph of Ivenhoe Hotel in the County of .London whose permanent address is 115, Orrung Crescent Caulfield Melbourne in the State of Victoria Australia a member of the said Company on the 19th October 1954 preferred unto this Court And upon hearing Counsel for the Petitioners and for the Registrar of Companies (the Respondent) And upon reading the said Petition the Affidavit of Archibald James Rumph filed the 7th December 1954 the two Affidavits of Eric James Edward filed respectively the 14th and 17th December 1954 and the Exhibits in the said Affidavits respectively referred to And there being no opposition on behalf of Her Majesty to the relief sought by the said Petition as appeared from the said Affidavit of Eric James Edward filed the 14th December 1954 and the Exhibit thereto And the Petitioner Archibald James Rumph by his Counsel undertaking forthwith (1) to make up and forward to the Registrar of Companies the Annual Return of the above-named Company for the year 1953 as required by Section 124 of the above- mentioned Act and a notification of any change among the Directors and Particulars of the Secretary of the said Company pursuant to Section 200 of the said Act (2) to give notice of change of registered office of the said Company pursuant to Section 107 of the said Act and (3) to procure that the said Company be placed in voluntary liquidation. This Court ordered that the name of the above named Elliotts Meat Stores Limited be restored to the Register of Companies. And it was ordered that an Office Copy of this Order be delivered to the Registrar of Companies And pursuant to the above-mentioned Act the said Elliotts Meat Stores Limited is thereupon to be deemed to have continued in existence as if its name had not been struck off And it was ordered that the Registrar of Companies do advertise this Order in his official name in the " London Gazette " And it was ordered that the Petitioners the said Elliotts Meat Stores Limited and Archibald James Rumph do pay to the Registrar of Companies his costs of the said Petition such costs to be taxed.
