Oddly there are 2 "Harry Skipp"s commissioned in Bedfordshire Regt. One born 1887 and other born 8 Apr 1888. Neither MIC has an address, so I assume it is the 1887 chap from RIC record of dob

1916 Jul 8 Married in Ware to Florence Hilda Crowther. He is of 9th Scottish Batn, and "Cadet". He must have failed to get a commision at this point, as his commission dates from Sept 1917
1917 Sep 25 Commissioned 2nd Lt in Beds Regt (the other Harry was 5 Aug 1916)
1920 Dec 29 Joined ADRIC with service no 1317. Posted to M Coy.
1922 Jan. Appears to have served until demobilisation of ADRIC
