Duff - Bailing with a teaspoon , writes, but I cannot substantiate, about an ambush in Palestine Pat Golden, our driver, was the hero of that ainbush. May the Lord God rest his gallant soul, for he died, a few years later, shortly after becoming a commissioned officer in the then newly formed Palestine Police, but, before he passed to Valhalla, Pat was famous for many other deeds of bravery.
