Possible MIC, if he did have one!
There are 2 possible on RIC register, both Bernard Adams , one born 1893 in Nottinghamshire & married, other born 1892 in India. MICs seem to show both men were officers, and no address for either.
1892 Jul 17 the Indian birth was Christening Date: 07 Aug 1892 Christening Place: Lucknow, Bengal, India Birth Date: 17 Jul 1892 Father's Name: Phillip Adams Mother's Name: Alice. His father was an Army NCO in East Lancs Regt
1901 In Darwen, Lancs. which would logically put him in East Lancs Regt as MIC (no address with MIC)
1911 The family are in Darwen, Lancs, but Bernard is not with them, but is now a L/Cpl with East Lancs Regt in Woking, Surrey
1914 Aug 22. Landed in France. Indicates that he was a pre-war regular
1915 Jul 28 Commissioned
1920 Dec 16. Joined ADRIC with service no 1274 Posted G Coy. Note on register says "no papers" and there is no note of his regiment nor his rank. The numeric register shows he joined in Ireland.
1921 Jul 5. Posted to L Coy
Fined £5 by Coy Commander
1921 Sep 23. Re-engaged
1922 Jan 21. Discharged at demobilisation of ADRIC
