Frederick William Bainbridge, Tank Corps

RIC gives Frederick W Bainbridge, b1892 in Yorkshire, and this man fills the clues. And we know he was in Tank Corps. In addition the Leave Book has him as "F Bambridge" who does not appear as an officer anywhere. More clues are needed to be sure I have the right man. The MIC is correct, but whether he was "Frederick William" or "Fred" I am unsure if this is one man or two
