I cannot find this man, RIC records indicate his name as "Arthur Horne, born 1876 London" and Lancashire Fusiliers. But although I get the one entry in 1919 from LG, I cannot find anything else. I cannot get a MIC in Ancestry or TNA. Certainly with OCR "Horne" is a difficult word to pick up correctly. He cannot have been born Arthur Horne. Older men like Horne tended to reduce their age by up to 10 years to enter RIC
