Lt. Howard O'Connell Jones

1886 Dec 26. Born Hunton , Kent. RIC Register shows him as "Howard O'Connell Jones", but WO338 says Howard O'Connell Jones was "not commissioned" but I think this only applies to him not having a British commission. The birth is for "Howard Jones", the family acquired "O'Connell" between 1901 and 1911

It turns out that he was a Lt with the Canadians.
