1916 Jan 30. Commissioned 2nd Lt "William O'Meara" in Middlesex Regt

1917 May 12. Midd'x R. 2nd Lt. W. O'Meara to be temp. Lt.

Reportedly, he then became a Captain in the Irish Army.

1936 Sep 2. The undermentioned having attained the age limit of liability to recall, cease to belong to the Res. of Off. :—Midd'x R.—Capt. W. O'Meara, M.C.
