In Numeric Register, but not in Leave Book. Closest I can get in North Staffs is a Gilbert Hassall Williams. But neither a "P E" nor a "P H" in Leave Book. No clues on PE's MIC To the extent that this man goes to S Africa in 1923 with another ADRIC man, I think this is correct chap.
