1925 Jun 18. MIC shows him in Sutton, Surrey. I cannot link him to the Ball in 1911 census

1939 Register Herbert A Ball at 1 Jubilee Road, Waterlooville, Havant and Waterlooville. He is a motor van driver, with wife Elsie E H . His birth is 23 Sep 1884, which compares to RIC of 23 Sep 1882
