Charles Gordon Burnip

He took to calling himself Gordon, rather than Charles as he grew older, but it is the same man.

1915 MAr 22. He resigned as an apprentice Chemist at Eye, Suffolk

1918 Feb 2. The undermentioned to be temp. 2nd Lts.: — Pte. Charles Gordon Burnip, from R.A.M.C., T.F.

1919 Jan 21. RAF. Transferred to unemployed list. 2nd Lt. C. G. Burnip

1920 Nov 3 Joined ADRIC with service no 963. Posted to M Coy. His next of kin is his father at North St, Midhurst, Sussex

1922 Jan 20. Discharged at demobilisation of ADRIC

1922 Mar 31. Leaves UK for Canada He is a "chemist" his address is same Midhurst address given on ADRIC register

1925 OCt 215. Moves to USA

1930 USA census he is living with his brother's family in New York. He is working as a clerk in Engineering Construction.
