1917 Married Elizabeth Lilian Baker . She was married twice, having lost her first husband, Paul Lenehan, during the August Offensive at Gallipoli in 1915. She had three children from her first marriage and one from her second. One of her children, Paul Lenehan, died as a young child. She immigrated to the United States in 1923 aboard the SS Olympic. She died at the age of 52 in Queens, New York and was cremated. Her ashes are interned at Fresh Pond Crematory in Queens, New York. When you look through the records there probably was no marriage to Kieran Hackett.

His wife Esther Hackett died in 1942 and was on the Death Cert as Married rather than Divorced or widowed
