1904 A daughter born - daughter was Helen Mary Williams, who married James Leonard Truran at St Patrick's Parish Church, Dalkey on 4 April 1922. He was born in Portscatho, Cornwall in 1892 and she was born in 1904, Islington. Helen gave her address on the marriage certificate as l Castle Terrace, Dalkey. JLT subsequently changed his surname to Edwards.  JLT served in the Essex and Middlesex Regiments in WW1, attaining the rank of Captain.  He joined the RIC (Auxiliaries) in 1921 and in 1922 joined the USC.  He was subsequently dismissed from the USC .

1922 Mar 20. Joined the British Gendarmerie section of the Palestine Police as a Sergeant.

1922 Apr 4. His first daughter Helen Mary Williams (born 1904) marries in Dublin to another Auxiliary T/Cadet J L Truran.

1924 Sep. The baptism certificate for his second daughter Margery gives her as baptised in Belfast. George Williams states his address as Barton Terrace, Whitehead, Co Antrim and his occupation as a Soldier. His son-in-law is known to have transferred from the RIC to the USC where he served until Feb 1924, when he was dismissed ("per S/622 of 25 2 24" - concerned a fraud case).

1929 Nov 15 Arrives in UK on SS Ranpura from Port Said with wife Helen and child Margery. He is a Government Officer in Palestine.

1933 Jul 7. Arrives in UK on SS Naldera from Port Said with wife (not child). Details as for leaving in Oct. Travels 2nd Class.

1933 Oct 28 Leaves UK with wife Helen (age 53) and child Margery Lyndon Williams (age 12) on SS Bendigo bound for Port Said, Egypt. He is a Palestine Government Official and his address is Palestine. His UK address is "17 Higher Polsham Rd. Paignton, Devon"

1937 Nov 11. Family leaves UK for Port Said on SS Mooltan. Their UK address was 172 Avery Hill Rd, New Eltham, London
